Utomo Pangaribuan is an Associate at our firm, with more than 6 years of experience in Law Firm. He joined our firm a year ago and has since made valuable contributions to our Capital Markets Practice Group. Utomo graduated from Universitas Indonesia, where he earned his degree in law.
Utomo has participated in various domestic and global offerings under Regulation S and Rule 144A of debt and equity securities, and private placements. Utomo has advised clients on various capital market transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, and bonds. Prior to joining Makes and has handled other general corporate matters.
