Rivania Eda Anandiza Rizal is an Associate at our Firm and her expertise is mainly in the Banking and Finance Practice. She joined our firm a year and nine months ago and has made contributions in various Banking and Finance deals, as well as M&A transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, Rivania has gained six years of experience in other boutique law firm in Jakarta handling Vessel Financing and Banking and Finance transactions.

Over the years, she has successfully handled banking and finance transactions both from the lender’s and the borrower’s side, some of them are: (i) assisting PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk in obtaining loan facilities from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. and PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk., in the total amount of up to IDR 6 trillion, (ii) assisting PT Bank BTPN Tbk. (as lender) in providing the loan facility to PT Kepland Investama, in the total amount of IDR 1,060 billion, and (ii) advising PT JTD Jaya Pratama (as borrower) on several amendments to the terms and conditions under their existing Syndication Facility Agreements with 25 Indonesian conventional banks and 5 Indonesian Sharia Banks.

Rivania was also actively involved in various M&A deals of the Firm, some of them are: (i) assisting PT Bundamedik Tbk on the acquisitions of 100% shares in RSIA Az-Zahra Palembang and Citra Harapan Hospital and (ii) assisting PT Morula Indonesia on the acquisitions of 100% shares in RSIA Pusura Tegalsari in Surabaya.

In addition to her professional experiences and accomplishments, Rivania graduated cum laude from Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran in 2015.
