Associate
Nova is an Associate at Makes & Partners where she is primarily involved in M&As, capital markets, competitions, and general corporate transactions.
In law school, Nova participated in several national law competitions and was the Coordinator of the Legal Competition of the Asian Law Students’ Association- Local Chapter of Gadjah Mada University. In her final year at law school, Nova served as an Assistant Researcher for the Center of World Trade Studies and Business Competition Supervisory Commission of Indonesia (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha) in its research project on competition and subsidies measures in relation to the negotiation of Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and Indonesia.
Nova graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the Gadjah Mada University in 2019.
