She regularly assists both local and multinational clients across a range of industries, with particular exposure to real estate and property developments, healthcare, and general corporate matters. Her practice is characterized by a strong focus on thorough legal research and complex legal due diligence, particularly in transactions involving property assets and corporate acquisitions. Nadya is closely involved in reviewing corporate, land, licensing, contractual, and regulatory aspects of target companies and project entities, and is adept at identifying key legal issues and risks arising from her analysis. Her work supports informed decision-making by translating detailed diligence findings into clear, structured analyses for transaction teams.
Building on her extensive involvement in complex legal due diligence, Nadya also assists in post-transaction compliance matters arising from M&A transactions, including corporate reorganizations and, most recently, compliance with mandatory notification requirements to the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (Komisi Pengawasan Persaingan Usaha). Her work supports clients in ensuring that transaction-driven compliance obligations are identified early and addressed in a timely and structured manner.
Nadya obtained her legal education from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. During her academic years, she was actively involved in various student organizations and participated in legal competitions, including the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition.

- Summarecon Group, a leading Indonesian property developer, in relation to the acquisition of PT Duta Wahana Asri to support the development of real estate and property projects in Parung, West Java
- Sunningdale Tech Ltd., a Singapore-based global manufacturer of precision-engineered plastic components, on its acquisition of Sanwa Plastic Industry Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries in Indonesia, resulting in the creation of one of the largest precision plastics engineering groups in the region
- PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) in connection with multiple issuances of rupiah-denominated bonds and sukuk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, supporting the Group’s diversified financing strategy and long-term capital structure optimization
- PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP), a leading Indonesian property conglomerate, on its bond issuance guaranteed by Credit Guarantee & Investment Facility, demonstrating the integration of multilateral credit enhancement structures in the Indonesian debt capital markets
