Associate
Nadia is an Associate at Makes & Partners where she handles M&As, capital markets, and general corporate transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Nadia participated in various student organisations, and spearheaded both internal and external events. She also participated and succeeded in several competitions, including the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia), National Moot Court Competition and the Asian Law Students’ Association’s Legal Opinion Competition.
Nadia is particularly keen on exploring and understanding different legal systems, and this interest led her to enroll and complete a course on International Commercial Law at King’s College, London. She also served as an intern at WongPartnership, Singapore and gained valuable experience from its renowned Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Outside the Firm, Nadia spends her time fulfilling her aspirations to give back to Indonesia by serving as a staff member at the Presidential Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia and a project leader at World Vision Indonesia.
Nadia graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the Universitas Indonesia.
