She has developed a strong foundation in Indonesian capital markets law and regulations, and is regularly involved in complex legal due diligence and regulatory research for equity and debt capital markets transactions, including public offerings, private placements, and other corporate actions. Angela’s work focuses on reviewing regulatory compliance, disclosure requirements, and transaction readiness, with particular attention to identifying legal and regulatory risks relevant to listed companies.
In parallel, she is also involved in M&A transactions, primarily through conducting detailed legal due diligence and supporting transaction execution for both domestic and cross-border deals. Angela also assists on foreign investment and general corporate matters, supporting clients in navigating Indonesian regulatory requirements and ongoing compliance obligations.

- PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), Indonesia’s leading state-owned bank, in its continuous public offerings of bonds, reflecting a large-scale and recurring capital markets programme to support national banking liquidity and funding resilience
- PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) in connection with multiple issuances of rupiah-denominated bonds and sukuk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, supporting the diversified financing requirements of a complex corporate group comprising more than 80 subsidiaries, and underpinning the Group’s long-term capital structure optimization
- Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), one of the world’s leading global investment firms, in connection with Indonesian competition law advisory and compliance for its multiple acquisitions in the education, health, laboratory, and technology sectors
- Lim Shrimp Ord. Pte.
