Corporate Governance

Our Corporate Governance practice is a defining pillar of the Firm’s institutional legacy and reflects our role as a pioneer in shaping governance standards in Indonesia. Our Founding and Managing Partner served on the National Committee on Governance Policy (Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governansi),, positioning us at the forefront of governance reform at both corporate and national levels.

We design robust, fit-for-purpose governance frameworks for state-owned enterprises, major banks, telecommunications leaders, and other strategic institutions, including the development of comprehensive “white books” for some of Indonesia’s largest and most influential organisations, that translate governance principles into practical systems.

Our governance expertise also extends to national policy development. We played an active role in the preparation of Government Regulation No. 28 of 2025 on Business Licensing and Investment Facilities, contributing transaction-driven and practice-oriented insights to address regulatory gaps and implementation challenges across sectors. In parallel, we continue to support strategic state initiatives, including the planned establishment of a family office scheme in a Special Economic Zone and the formation of new institutions aligned with Indonesia’s long-term economic strategy.
