Cynthia joined Makes & Partners in 2016 and is primarily involved in the Capital Markets Practice Group at the Firm.

Cynthia has participated in various domestic and global offerings under Regulation S and Rule 144A of debt and equity securities, and private placements, and has handled other general corporate matters.

Some of Cynthia’s notable transactions include: (i) the issuance of US$ 300million senior notes due 2024 by a wholly owned subsidiary of property giant PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (“APL”), (ii) the rights issue of APL; and (iii) the issuance of US$110,850,000, senior notes due 2023 by a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk.

Cynthia graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Parahyangan Catholic University.
