  • PT Morula Indonesia in a complex subsidiary-level shareholder dispute involving governance, control, and minority protection issues, requiring strategic advisory across corporate, commercial, and dispute-sensitive considerations within a multi-entity group structure
  • Djarum Group in its landmark acquisition of the parent company of Bakmi GM, a legendary and culturally iconic Indonesian restaurant chain, representing a strategic entry into the food and beverage sector and a deliberate diversification of the Group’s portfolio
  • PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (HITS) in its go-private transaction and voluntary delisting from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, involving strategic capital markets considerations in structuring and safeguarding public shareholder interests
